Hiya, I'm Sandy or Starry Droplets (〃ー〃) I'm an illustrator residing in the Central Valley of California. I am mostly a traditional watercolorist, but I like to dabble in other mediums such as digital painting, polymer clay, resin, and 3D modeling. I vendor at different conventions and markets every month mostly across California, so maybe you'll see me at one in person! I hope to share and grow my art with all of you 🌱

Where do you ship from?
CA, USA. For orders $45+, you can use code >> FREESHIP for free shipping!

How long do letters and packages take to pack/ship?
It takes 2-3 days on weekdays and non-holidays for us to pack orders.
Any orders placed on the weekend or a holiday, will be sent out on the following business day (Mon-Fri). For example, if you placed an order on Friday, I will try to ship it out by Friday night or it will be shipped out on Tuesday. I do take the weekends off.

Please wait at least 2 weeks for your order to arrive before contacting us about your missing order.

Stickers and small prints are shipped as letters (snail mail) without tracking, so it will take some time.
Larger prints or bulky items are shipped as parcels and have tracking numbers. Please refer to your tracking number for your order's shipping status.

Why don't you ship packages to other countries?
At the moment, I am only open to orders from the US on my official store website. Shipping rates are very high outside of the US.

There's something wrong with my order?
Oh no! If your order is missing an item or we've mistakenly packed the wrong product, let us know via email >> [email protected]

My package is lost, can you send another one or give me a refund?
Once a letter/package is shipped off, it is out of my control. If the package is confirmed lost through USPS tracking, I can offer to send out another order if we have the items/products in stock or a partial refund.
Opting for the partial refund will cover the cost of the item(s), but not the shipping fees.
